A  few years have passed now since Reason gained the MClass mastering processors, introduced to help you take your projects from good-sounding mixdowns to great-sounding masters without having to use a second application or external plug-ins. Since Reason gained the ability to work with audio tracks, however, its capacity as a mastering tool has increased greatly. As well as mastering projects that you have created inside Reason, therefore, you can now use it as a more general-purpose mastering tool, importing other audio files or mixdowns and taking advantage of its modules to process them.
